Educational Tour
KSC has collaborated with the City of Thousand Oaks Arts Commission and the Conejo Valley Unified School District to deliver to elementary schools in the region a program of workshops and performances supplemented by lesson units. Since its introduction in 2000, approximately 7,000 K-6 students have participated in this program.
Due to COVID-19, our Spring 2020 SET school visits were abruptly interrupted. During the spring 2021 school semester, we were able to create and execute a successful VIRTUAL SET program with the Conejo Valley Unified School District. We visited 119 elementary classrooms virtually and engaged students with puppets and scene work.
