Shakespeare Educational Tour (SET)

The 45 minute, highly interactive workshops include:

• The poetry of Shakespeare
The history of the English Renaissance
• Vocabulary, as well as
• An analysis of one of three plays:
  • Midsummer Night’s Dream
  • The Tempest
  • Twelfth Night

The workshops also prepare students for the afternoon performance of a 50 minute version of a Shakespearean Comedy. Past performances have included:

• An adaption of everyone's favorite, Midsummer Night’s Dream.
• An adaption of the highly imaginative and high energy play, The Tempest.
• An adaptation of Shakespeare’s comedy, Twelfth Night.
